After being selected to join our team, the contractor process entails three main steps.

1. Submit your submission application form via TBTG website.

2. Upon selection and negotiating your partnering contract with TBTG, bidding will become available for the projects available with contracting needs.

3. After selecting a project, you will establish the contract for your independent job. Contracts over $600 will require a 1099 for independent contractor income tax.
